How do I decide what package I should choose?
You can consult us what your home needs via our contact form and we can schedule a meeting. Together, based on the information you share with us, you can easily determine the need of your home.
What happens after I choose my package?
We will send you the bill via your email where you can complete the transaction right after our free consultation is finished. Then, we will continue further with our process. At this stage, we will also send you questionnaire for certain information to design your home.
What information should I deliver to you?
We ask that you provide as much information as you can regarding your home. Even more useful information we ask for is dimensions and any photos that you can provide to help us visualize your home so our designs can satisfy your expectations. Also, if possible, we ask for your budget limitations, so we know the aspect of our project better for a better shopping experience for you.
How long does it take?
In 3 working days right after we start your project, you will receive the first concept of your home. During our consultations, we will be able to talk further about your timeline.

Please note that this is topic of our workload together, and it involves a certain number of revisions based on our communication quality and project complexity.
One thing for certain: A project that you will satisfy your expectations cannot be rushed.
Do you have a live office where I can visit?
While we do have an office, we work 100% remotely with all of our clients across UK, EEU, Turkey and UAE.
How many times do I get to revision the project?
As much as needed. Based on our experience, excessive need to revision the projects are born out of only one thing:

Not enough communication. Provided we check clear everything we discuss, you will not run into such problems with us. Knowing this, we know we won't disappoint your expectations since we clearly communicate what we deliver from the first contact to the very end. Every communication is recorded, worded and noted as we progress together.
